明白身體各部位的使用
真正的劍就在身體裏
如何把腰束住
讓身體的力量整合在一起
以全身來練劍
真正的劍即是身體
鬆以等待
進攻用緊
鬆緊轉換即是應用的關鍵
掌握劍尖
進退之間合住步子
前腳進,後腳跟
劍擊追前腳
後腳管住力
劍術如此
體術也相同
怎麼接手怎麼入身
拿住中心
走入死角
技法是在接手之時已完成
其他的控制或摔跌手法只是善後
訓練
辛苦嗎
這是當然的

怎得隨手如意的大自在
