根據一份對領導人的研究報告指出，最讓人願意跟隨的領導者，最強大的魅力來自於對陌生領域的果敢決斷，敢帶著大家向前衝，敢勇於承擔，願意分享成果；反而對結果正確與否的判斷，則不是顯的那麼的重要（當然一直都沒有成績也很難長期留住人才）。
企業在研發產品時也是一樣，十成中的研究項目，有時往往只有不到一成會熱賣，但這不到一成所獲得的利潤，就可能足以打下天下。因此一間有遠見的公司，一定會不斷在產品研發這個區塊，努力的創新與突破，以期取得市場的領導與獲利。
今年，因為疫情的關係，武少林大部份的活動都暫停了下來，甚至三個訓練中心也都停止訓練，在不知未來情況會持續多久的情形下，台北道館更一度決定要先撒館，以保留資金，等待疫情過後再重新開始，所幸在大家的討論與支持下，還是決定盡最大的努力保留下來。在武少林許多人的心裏，道館，並不只是訓練的場所而己，更是大家情感寄託的所在，道館在，希望就在。台中與新竹道館也是一樣，在停課的這段期間，許多人出錢出力，自動自發的來照顧道館，讓道館保持著生氣，更也保持著那一道道練功的身影在，這份主動照顧的心，更呈現出武少林的向心力所在。
人的一生，不可能都是一帆風順，天天都在過年，碰上問題就是老天爺設計來讓我們挑戰自己與超越自己的階梯。在這一波疫情中，讓武少林踏上線上教學的開始。線上課程不同於實體課程，尤其是武術或運動類型的項目，需要大場地，需要接觸對抗，需要手把手的帶領，有太多需要現場的需要，在我們還沒有準備好的時候，我們就必須開始了。不過即使是這樣，當線上課程一上線，幾乎七成的人都回來報到，這是最讓人感動的一刻。
未來的世界，變動一定只會更快、更頻繁，即使沒有這一波的疫情，也會有各種其他因素來推動世界前進，只有跟上世界變動的節奏，才能持續站上世界的舞台上。武術，雖然是極為傳統的領域，但如何以新科技來輔助武術的傳承與教學，甚至發展出新的價值，這是我們一直在思考與努力的方向。這幾年在老師、師母與理監事的帶領下，慢慢讓武少林有了不一樣的風格與形象，但若要逹成武少林第三個十年<職業化>的目標，怕是還不夠。
歐美武術的發展，極具行銷與商業化，因此也很能帶出商機來；
日本武術很擅長組織與專業研究，因此很能創造出產業價值來；
台灣的武術界，目前看來幾乎都是以個人或社團，業餘的在運作，所以一直沒有真正的創造出能讓武術生存的商業環境出來，這實在是一件很可惜的事（近幾年以格鬥為主的武術館，已有這種潛力出現）。前幾年和老師到大陸參訪，看到他們的武館，一個連鎖都是幾十家、上百家在經營，這樣的規模要形成職業化甚至產業鏈就很容易。武少林如果要走上職業化的路，技術教材、執行教練、商品開發、行銷管理等，就必須建構出一套經營的執行計劃出來，同時也必須以公司的型態來營運才有可能，而這，正是武少林這兩年重點籌備的發展項目，順利的話應該能在這兩年內將計劃展開，讓武少林正式推入職業化的階段。
接下來的世界，將會是虛擬與實體結合的世代，５Ｇ的商用化，已在整合我們目前的世界，同時也催生更多新科技；而這一波疫情的到來，也很明顯的將我們在網路世界的習慣，往前推動了幾年甚至幾十年，直接跨過必須的磨合期，未來即使疫情開始控制住了，這股向前推動的力量仍然會持續著，直到帶領人類進入太空時代，我猜。
終究，不管科技再如何發達，它都是一項工具，都是為了人類服務所創造出來的，為的是幫助人類與我們所處的地球能再進化。所以<人>才是真正的核心，讓身體與心靈維持在最好的狀態，這是我們最基本的功課，許多大企業的領導人或是各領域裏的專家，幾乎都非常重視保持運動的習慣，這同樣也是武少林平常上課中最重視的一環，有強壯的身體，所有一切才有根本；有安靜的心靈，人才有各種無限創造的可能。
以武術來探索生命的力量與深度，是武少林的武術思想，同樣也應該是每個人在生命中的課題，共勉之。
危機，轉機
後疫情時代
這個世界一直在轉動，不會因為誰或什麼事而停止下來，但卻有可能因為一個事件突然的加速進化，這個加速會推動很多新產業出來，同時也會有許多產業被迫消失。

According to a research report on leaders, the most powerful charisma of leaders who are most willing to be followed comes from their decisive determination in unfamiliar fields, the courage to lead everyone forward, the courage to undertake, and the willingness to share results. However, it is not so important that whether the judgement is correct, or the result is good or not. (Certainly, it will be difficult to retain talents if there has been no good performance for a long time.)
It is the same as companies develop products. Sometimes less than 10% of researched projects are sold well, but the profits of these less than 10% products may be enough to win the world. Therefore, a forward-looking company will continue to innovate and make breakthroughs in product research and development in order to gain market leadership and profit.
This year, due to the pandemic, most of the activities in Wu Shao Lin have been suspended, and even the three training centers have stopped training. Without knowing how long the situation will last and in order to keep the funds, once we considered to close and evacuate the Taipei dojo and will restart it again when the pandemic is over. However, after the discussion and support of all, we then decided to do our best to keep it. In the hearts of many people in Wu Shao Lin, the dojo is not just a place for training, but also the place where everyone's emotions are placed. The dojo is there and hope is there. The support is the same in Taichung and Hsinchu dojo. During the period of suspension of classes, many people dedicated money and efforts to look after dojo automatically and spontaneously, so to keep alive and also the figures of practicing kung fu. This active caring heart gives the centripetal force for Wu Shao Lin.
It is impossible for a person to be plain sailing whole life, neither be as happy every day as during the Chinese New Year holiday. When we encounter problems, we need to regard them as a God-designed ladder for us to promote and surpass ourselves. In this wave of pandemic, Wu Shao Lin sets foot on the beginning of online teaching. Online classes are different from in-person classes. Especially for martial arts or sports events, they require a large venue, contact and confrontation, and hand-to-hand teaching and guidance. There are too many on-site needs. We got to start even though we were not ready yet.But even so, when the online course was launched, almost 70% of the people came back to report. This was the most touching moment.
In the future world, changes will only be faster and more frequent. Even without this wave of pandemic, there will be various other factors to push the world forward. Only by keeping up with the rhythm of world-changes can we continue to stand on the world stage. Although martial arts are in a very traditional field, it is the direction we have been thinking and working hard on that how to use modern technology to assist the inheritance and teaching of martial arts, and even develop new values.
In the past few years, under the leadership of master, shimu (the wife of master) and supervisor, Wu Shao Lin gradually has a different style and image. However, if we want to achieve the goal of professionalization in the third decade of Wu Shao Lin, I am afraid that it is still not enough.
The development of martial arts in Europe and America is extremely marketing and commercial, so it can bring out business opportunities.
Japanese martial arts are very good at organization and professional research, so it can also create industrial value.
At present, the martial arts industry in Taiwan seems to be mostly operated in amateurism by individuals or associations. Therefore, it has not really created a business environment that allows martial arts to survive. This is really a pity. (In recent years, the fighting-based martial arts dojo have shown the business potential.) A few years ago, I visited the mainland China with the teacher. I saw that they operate the martial arts dojo in a chain of dozens or hundreds of stores. It would be easy for such a scale to make professionalization or even to form an industrial chain. If we would like to professionalize Wu Shao Lin, we have to construct a set of executive business plans including technical teaching materials, executive coaches, product development, and marketing management, etc., and also need to operate in the form of a company. This is exactly the development project that Wu Shao Lin has been preparing for in the past two years. If it goes well, the plan should be launched within these two years, and Wu Shao Lin will officially enter the stage of professionalization.
The coming world will be the era of the combination of the virtual and the physical. The commercialization of 5G has already integrated our current world and also spawned more new technologies. The arrival of this wave of pandemic has also obviously pushed forward our habits in the online world for several years or even decades, and directly passed the necessary run-in period. Even if the pandemic starts to be brought under control in the future, this force that pushes forward will continue until it leads mankind into the space age, I think so.
After all, no matter how advanced technology is, it is a tool created for the service of mankind, in order to help mankind and the earth we live on to evolve. <Person> is the real core. Therefore, it is our most basic homework to keeping the body and mind in the best state. Many leaders of large companies or experts in various fields almost always attach great importance to maintaining the habit of exercising. This is the same as the important executive philosophy in the classes of Wu Shao Lin that a strong and healthy body is fundamental to do everything, while a tranquil mind makes it possible of infinite creations.
Using martial arts to explore the power and depth of life is the fundamental thinking of Wu Shao Lin, and it should also be a question for people to ponder in life.

Crisis, turnaround, post-pandemic era
The world is always turning, and it will not stop because of who or what. Yet, it may suddenly evolve speedily due to an event. This accelerated evolution will promote the emergence of many new industries, and at the same time many industries will be forced to disappear.
